QASSP President's Update 2 April 2014

Dear Members

This will be my last update before we break for Easter so I would like to wish you all a well-deserved break. Though I have been to several branch meetings already this year, I would love to be invited to more, and am keen to get to as many areas in the state as is possible. It is so important that I hear first-hand of the issues impacting on our primary schools. Please send me the dates of your meetings and I will endeavour to attend, calendar permitting! READ MORE ...

We are now more than half way through Term 1 with only four more full weeks to go
until Easter. I have heard from many members how very busy the early weeks of term
have been. I have also heard how excited school leaders are about the additional assis-
tance measures they have planned for early years students and are already imple-
menting as part of their
Great Results Guarantee
strategies. I am sure many members
will have wonderful success stories to share by the end of the year (if not before).
